LaTosha Johnson achieved her Bachelors of Science in Education/ Family Science from the University of Nebraska-Omaha, specializing in child, youth and family studies with a Minor in Psychology and her MBA with a concentration in Leadership from Doane University. LaTosha is a wife and mother of two and the founder of Key Integrated Support Services, dedicated to bridging the gap between circumstances and opportunities. She serves youth and young adults, ages 16-25, through strategic planning, educating, consulting and advocating.

In addition to developing workshops and speaking engagements LaTosha is currently completing a self help transformational book, designed to restore, inspire, and encourage people to break negative cycles and live up to their full potential. With over 15 years as a youth consultant, LaTosha was able to find a passion in entrepreneurship, turning barriers into opportunities as an educator on self-advocacy. Those experiences will soon grace the pages of her book.

LaTosha has worked as a college preparatory instructor for the University of Nebraska in Lincoln as well as a middle school teacher. She has served roles as CEO, teacher, evaluator, mentor, speaker, counselor, facilitator, family support specialist, executive board member and case manager, specializing in the aid and support of at-risk youth and families.

LaTosha is an active member of the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW). As a speaker, LaTosha addresses businesses, community centers, social groups, churches, and schools. Her philosophy is that regardless of where you are in life, everybody deserves an opportunity to live up to his or her maximum “greatness” potential—and it’s LaTosha’s purpose to help restore hope into them!
