LaTosha Stanfield

LaTosha Stanfield is the founder and CEO of Stanfield’s Max Tax Refund. She founded the company over 6-years ago out of a passion for accounting and a strong desire for entrepreneurship. She developed a passion for accounting from a young age and invested several years studying to acquire the necessary certifications. She studied in several reputable institutions such as Willey College in Marshall Texas, El Centro College in Dallas, Texas, Central Texas College, and Texas State Technical College in Marshall Texas. While setting up her company, she started off working from home, steadily grew her client portfolio and eventually moved out to an office. Through sheer hard work, her company, Stanfield’s Max Tax Refund, has carved a name for itself in a very competitive market. Her hard work and skills have seen the company win a $10k grant from Beyoncé and the NCCP. Her passion for business also propelled her to create Nubian Royalty, a company that provides dreadlocks care services and enjoys just as much success as her tax accounting company. As a certified tax preparer, she is constantly working on upgrading her skills. Some of the institutions where she has recently attended to upgrade her skills include Colorado Technical University, Vista College in Longview, and Kaplan University. Besides a busy career as a certified tax preparer, she has a very active social life. She is a mother and enjoys spending time with her children, two of whom are still minors. Her eldest has a successful career in music and is a well-respected rapper. As a way of giving back to her community, she has been helping businesses that have been hard-hit by the pandemic access financial help. She has managed to help some secure the Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL), and the PPP despite their ruined credit.
