A Miami girl with a New York state of mind. LaToya has over twelve years of experience leading award winning projects for clients such as Volvo, Nickelodeon, Converse, Ruby Tuesday, Bacardi, Grey Goose and Mike's Hard Lemonade. Her journey in digital advertising started in the famed red halls of Ogilvy & Mather in the heart of Manhattan and then transitioned back down to the warmth of Miami where she worked at AgencyNet (now AgencyTEN) and La Comunidad sequentially.

As a multi-talented professional with a range of strengths and passions, LaToya is now her own CEO and is focusing her sights on building upon these three pillars:

Tech & Advertising: Providing strategic consulting and freelance Project Management, Strategy and Content Development services.

Community Development: Working with community organizations/developers in South Florida to affect neighborhood revitalization.

Entrepreneurship: Founding Member of Digital Grass Innovation & Technology (a social impact and start-up accelerator with the mission to diversify the tech industry) and other great solutions coming soon.
