As a little girl, I used to sit behind a cardboard box and pretend to be a news anchor while reading stories from the newspaper. I took my first journalism class in high school and knew that I wanted to be a reporter. More than 20 years after that first taste of reporting, storytelling is still my passion.

Through my blog and social media channels, I tell my story as a mom of three who’s just trying to balance home, career and faith. My goal through it all is to encourage women and let them know we may not ever be perfect, but we are strong, we're awesome and we can do it -- whatever IT may be.
