Lattiea Whitaker is a wife, mom and Owner/CEO of Shopaholic City, LLC., a newly launched women’s boutique formed in March of 2015. A native Washingtonian, Lattiea strives to offer trendy couture fashions at an affordable price. Her motto is "you can look fierce on a budget". She is a member of several local and national associations, including Her Corner, and the National Society of Leadership and Success.
