Laura Zamora

I’m an alumna from the Mayborn School of Journalism at The University of North Texas with a passion for sports and food. I currently work for a TV listings company in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, where I write and edit media content for live and taped sporting events airing on television across the nation. Some of my professional interests include sports media relations, SEO, strategic social media marketing, community relations and sales.

While I fuel my passion for sports with my career, I “feed” my passion for food with baking. I love finding any excuse to whip up a batch of cupcakes or experiment with new cookie flavors in the kitchen. When I’m not working or baking, I enjoy helping out at church, volunteering with event operations and media relations at sporting events in the area and reading non-fiction books.
