Hi! I'm Laura - I am a Florida Licensed Community Association Manager currently working for a management firm that oversees the operation of a 73 unit shared vacation ownership resort in Daytona Beach, FL. My daily activities consist of resort operations which includes project management, owner / guest services, human resources, marketing and public relations.

As a small firm, we handle the day to day as well as the long term needs of the resort. At present, we are in the midst of refreshing our building inside and out. This allows us to give our owners a fresh new perspective on their investment while creating an atmosphere conducive to new owners.

My past life includes a background in page layout and design, advertising, editing, proofreading and writing. To date, I posses operational knowledge of Adobe CS5 including InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat as well as the Microsoft Office Suite, Quark Express, Page Maker, Publisher, Print Shop, Illustrator, QuickBooks, PayForce and TimeShareWare. All of my work has been completed on both PC and Mac platforms.
