She has spearheaded an inhouse training department and written many manuals on how to succeed in sales. She has held psotiions that range for Product Advisor, Business Manager, Sales Manager, Human Resources Manager, Training Manager and most recently General Sales Manager. As a female working in a male dominated indutry she has had to overcome many challenges and stereotypes. These challenges fostered a competitive skill set which pushed her to be more successful. She is a visinary thinker with a intutitive understanding of sales and personal dynamics thus allowing her to create strategies to deliver personal and financial success.
