Laura Avila Barraza

Dr. Laura Avila Barraza is a professor in the Department of Reconstructive Sciences at the University of Nevada School of Dental Medicine. He has been treating patients in the dental faculty practice, teaching and conducting research. He identify and treat problems concerning a patient's mouth, gums and teeth. His duties include extracting teeth, fitting dentures and filling cavities. He is specialized in treating serious oral problems and disease. He also serves as the principal investigator of studies developing new methods of jaw bone re-growth and as the principal investigator of a clinical study studying the relationship between osteoporosis and jaw bone re-growth.
