Here is a little bit about myself:
I have graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, Canada. For my final year of my clinical internship I have helped a variety of patients meet their health goals and get rid of chronic health symptoms. Using treatments that are safe, yet effective, I strive to bring the body back into balance so we can live with maximum vitality.
With a passion for heart health, stress management and aging well I focus on educating others at learning techniques that work to lower disease risk and treat the root cause of their concerns.
