Laura B. Mitchell

I am a graduate student at Brown University, where I am pursuing an M.A. in Public Humanities. I work at the intersection of educational/cultural institutions and public life, and I'm particularly involved in interdisciplinary projects and new platforms for engagement with the arts and humanities. I back up my idealism with experience in the nuts-and-bolts side of things, which comes from work with SFMOMA, LACMA, the San Francisco Arts Commission, UCLA, and Brown. I'm California raised but globally minded, with a love for traveling, learning, and communicating.
