Laura Bryson

Laura Bryson is an aspiring social entrepreneur who recently graduated from McGill University with a dual-major Bachelor of Arts and Science in Geography and Earth, Atmospheric, and Oceanic Sciences. Laura's experience at McGill and in the Montreal community was shaped by a passion for the related fields of environmental and social sustainability, and with graduation behind her she now intends to find ways to make a difference in those areas.

Laura believes firmly that many of the individual ingredients already exist to solve the world's most pressing issues. What is needed at this juncture are communication across sectors, story-telling by the unheard, and a tendency towards empathy. These will play vital roles in catalyzing and sustaining local initiatives that effect positive, larger-scale change.
