Great education exists. We are surrounded by incredible educators who inspire lives and create change on a daily basis. What makes an educator great? It's an age old question. I'm not sure what the answer is, but I do know that it isn't something that fits on a checklist. The art of teaching is a beautifully complex and endless study.
