Laura Dunne

Hello, my name is Laura Dunne, I am 21 and am training to be a certified Computer Maintenance and Technical Support technician. From my past five years of working in retail I have realised that I thrive in assisting customers and being available to help at the last minute.

I am now looking for a different career path but wish to stay in the customer service industry. In September 2012 I started the PC Maintenance and Technical Support course in Senior College Dun Laoghaire. As of June 2013 I hope to be certified and will be looking for work in the IT industry.
