Writer for periodicals including GeekMom, Wired, Culinate, Natural Life Magazine, Mothering, Lilipoh, and EcoWatch.

My background includes teaching non-violence workshops, writing poetry with nursing home residents, facilitating support groups, and developing community enrichment workshops.

These days I mostly edit books, write, garden, and do other hermit-y things. I live on a small farm with my family where we raise bees, cows, chickens, produce, and the occasional ruckus.
