"What is something you might be interested in?" asked a recruiter at a job fair several years ago. I was employed but wanted to see what was going on anyway. Having been recently diagnosed with peripheral neuropathy, I blurted out, "Fashion for disabled women!"

I still don't know where that outburst came from, but it led to my blog, wefly2. As I confess in my first post, I have no background in fashion--not even a seasonal job in a clothing store. I am afraid of my recently acquired sewing machine but intend to learn how to sew--sometime.

Wefly2 is a community in which anyone interested in fashion for disabled women can come together and comment, guest-blog, and share what they know, do, and want to see in designs for us. I'm a newbie at this, so cut me a little slack, but come on in! The evolution will continue to be enriching and enjoyable.
