A graduate of the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences with both bachelor of science in biology and a bachelor of science in dental hygiene, Laura Leslie Hill co-owns the Siloam Springs Women’s Center with her husband, Chad Hill, MD. As co-owner of the community’s only clinic focused full time on obstetrics and gynecology (OB/GYN), Laura Leslie Hill strives to optimize patient and community relations and manages the practice’s philanthropic efforts, having overseen the center’s donation of more than $60,000 to the Siloam Springs High School Scholarship Program.

She has also participated in the Siloam Springs High School Honor Student Luncheon by sponsoring an honor student. Further, her contributions to the school include overseeing a donation of more than $15,000 to the school’s boys and girls athletic programs, specifically the cross-country, basketball, volleyball, and track-and-field teams.

In addition to giving to the local high school, Mrs. Leslie Hill has donated to Siloam Springs Youth Soccer teams and Boys and Girls Club basketball teams. She has also volunteered as coach of an AAU track team.
