Laura Medina-Puche

Project Leader in Tübingen, Germany

I am a plant molecular biologist based at the Center for Plant Molecular Biology (ZMBP), University of Tübingen, Germany, where I lead research projects investigating plant–virus interactions and the molecular mechanisms underlying plant responses to biotic stress. My research combines molecular biology, cell biology, microscopy and functional genomics to understand how plants perceive and respond to viral pathogens. More broadly, my interests span plant molecular biology, plant–microbe interactions, stress biology and advanced imaging approaches.
