Laura Montero has a Master’s degree in Communication and a bachelor in Advertising. She works as a managing partner at Mamsha. Also she isa half-time professor at Universidad de Costa Rica and a researcher at theCentro de Investigación de la Comunicación (CICOM). Currently she is developing a research project that involves social media and brand communication. She’s working on her doctoral thesis at Universidad Nacional de Córdoba: Las estrategias de la marcas en Facebook y Twitter.
Laura coordinates all the creative, strategy and planning process at Mamsha and leads the creative, copywriting, social media, web production and graphic design team. Currently Mamsha works for more than 15 brands and has ateam of 8 people. Also she works as a marketing and advertising consultant formarketing departments for several companies in Costa Rica.
She has been a speaker at Universidad de Costa Rica, ULACIT,Cámara Costarricense de Industrias and Cámara Costarricense de la Construcción, an instructor for workshops in social mediafor several companies in Costa Rica and Argentina and professor in courses suchas: community management, public relations and digital strategies, creative writing and branding.
