I have held leadership positions that have helped prepare me to coordinate and support instructional activities for a diverse population of students in order to narrow the achievement gap. I am able to communicate with parents, community members, teachers, and students in a positive manner that motivates change. I am an instructional leader who strongly believes that I can make a difference in the life of every student I serve.
