Laura Ortiz

I am a student at the University of Puerto Rico pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a Minor in Education. My purpose every morning is to do my best to be as kind as I can be to the people around me. As someone who hopes to be an English teacher in the future, I believe that being kind is the first step in being both happy and effective in this field. I hope to improve my grasp of the English language by developing a wider vocabulary, exploring different literary works, and practicing my writing skills.
