I dont know how, I dont know when...but one day I realized that hotel industry is what I wanted to dedicate my life to. So I studied a Tourism degree in Complutense uni in Madrid, Spain.
Now I work (or at least try to!) as front desk receptionist, I speak español, english, français und deutsch and I am studying russian too! Как дела? ;) One of the best things of my job is welcoming you to my hotel and my city!
My next project is a blog about hotels, learning revenue management, the incredible city of Toledo and talk about tourism laws and regulations in Spain.
