Laura Roberts is the author of a variety of humorous and erotic works, including The Vixen Files: Naughty Notes from a Montreal Sex Columnist, Naked Montreal parts 1 and 2, The Montreal Guide to Sex and Ninjas of the 512.

Spurred on by her philosophy degree from a school with the suggestive initials F.U., Laura ultimately turned to the dark side by obtaining her creative writing degree from a school with the equally suggestive nickname ConU. Combining her talents as a philosophically-minded smut mistress, Laura founded an erotic magazine (now rebranded as the upstart literary magazine Black Heart) and completed a two-year stint as a sex columnist in the Sin City of the North before heading south in pursuit of sunnier climes.
