Laura Stiles graduated from Carnegie Mellon University in May 2014 with a B.A. in both Creative and Professional Writing.
She has gained a variety of experience writing and editing for the web (HerCampus.com), editing various print and online publications (CMU's literary and arts journal The Oakland Review, CMU's newspaper The Tartan, and the Carnegie Mellon University Press), and has worked on a variety of written projects including grant proposals, technical instructions, a preliminary website prototype, press releases, and marketing strategy analyses. She served as Communications and Arts Management Intern at The Hillman Center for Performing Arts in summer 2012 and studied abroad in Sheffield, England in spring 2013.
