Laura Arias

Laura is a junior financial analyst with a passion for innovation and effective leadership. Her experience started at Valley National Bank and has led to her most recent position at Sony Music Entertainment as a Copyright Analyst. She is currently seeking employment.

Laura has earned a B.S/B.A in Economics and Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Spanish Language Studies. She earned 6 college-credits at the Universidad de Deusto in Spanish Business Studies. Laura has volunteered in the Dominican Republic and was a part of an environmental cultural exchange program (GATP.ORG) in Hong-Kong and China (Guangdong Province). Laura is fully bilingual, with beginner language skills in French.

Laura’s experience abroad has made her understand first hand the impact of globalization, global risks, and creative destruction . She seeks to further expand on her skills and become an asset to her future employer.
