I have a degree in Journalism, and more than 20 years of experience writing specially for digital media. As passionate about agile methodologies, I also have a postgraduate diploma at Innovation and Cultural Change and a certificate in Design Thinking. Besides, I have learned several skills by doing: UX writing and creativity in an big ad agencies as Ogilvy and Libero, and Project Management leading regional teams for companies in Microsoft.

And just 4 years ago, I've founded my own project: Lado Creativo, dedicated to help and inspire women to connect, explore and train their creativity.
