MY STORY IN BRIEF:
Born in Zimbabwe. Built a career across 20 years in South Africa. In 2011, with one toddler and another on the way, my husband and I made a crazy decision: we quit our jobs to start a business together. Three more sons arrived during those entrepreneurial years—all without maternity leave.
Today I serve as VP of Talent Management at Prosus Group (€270B market cap, 100+ portfolio companies serving 2 billion customers). Previously, I was Chief Learning Officer and VP of Organizational Development at ASML (€420B market cap). I've led talent transformations across €750B+ in enterprise value, partnered monthly with a CEO, chaired executive learning steering committees, and designed operating models across 6 continents. I also serve on boards focused on education and social impact, speak globally on transformation and leadership, run a learning consultancy with my husband, and raise four teenage sons in the Netherlands while staying deeply connected to my faith and my roots.
