I'm a counseling psychologist with over 4 years of experience supporting adolescents, young adults, and families through life's most difficult seasons-from trauma, addiction, grief & anxiety to personal rediscovery and emotional healing.
My approach is compassionate, client- centered, and trauma-informed, integrating CBT, talk therapy, and psychosocial support. I work with individuals, groups, and institutions- both in-person and virtually-to create safe, judgement -free spaces for healing resilience. I'm currently open to offering individual therapy or group therapy, school-based support, and wellness facilitation session.
