Laurel Snyder

Laurel Snyder, originally from Virginia, has been a mover and shaker her whole life. She received the majority of her physical training at NYU Tisch Dance (2009) and various dance festivals in the USA and Europe. She has had the honor of working with artists such as Kendra Portier, Tatyana Tenenbaum, Kathleen Hermesdorf, Paul Singh, Jacob Slominski and Faye Driscoll. Occasionally Laurel makes her own work, some of which has been presented by Chez Bushwick, the Tank, Center for Performance Research (CPR), Triskelion Arts, Greenspace Blooms and H.T. Chen's Newsteps Series. Most recently, Laurel has realized a love for teaching dance and songwriting and hopes to continue exploring both of these endeavors wholeheartedly.
