Laurel Leamon

As a coach and mentor, I have found that proactively addressing areas of opportunity, while still recognizing and validating the successful behaviors that people are exhibiting is integral to ensuring their success. Guiding people as they develop creative problem solving, critical thinking, and customer service is something I find incredibly fulfilling.

In my current role, I have always been very successful, primarily because I have strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills and am skilled at building rapport and nurturing relationships. I find that it also has helped me cultivate an atmosphere of security, where my peers feel comfortable reaching out to me for assistance. I love being able to innovate in this area to bring out the best in my peers, all the while benefiting the business by increasing performance standards.

Over the years, I’ve developed fantastic time management skills, follow through, and attention to detail, which benefits both my team and the business as a whole. I am self-motivated, resourceful and flexible, and my judgment and problem solving skills serve me exceptionally well when presented with an unusual situation, whether technical, procedural or personal.
