Being a team leader in a professional removal company in London is never an easy task. I am Lauren Carpenter and I have been doing relocations for almost a decade. I was recently promoted to my current position and now I am responsible for the performance of a few people. It is important to us to not only carry out our duties with great devotion but to also have fun. I love it when we have teambuilding events outside of town.
