A little background on myself. For my 27th birthday, my body gave me the gift of 18 pounds in 7 months. It was awesome, let me tell you. I love fighting with my pants in the morning to get the button closed…and the feeling of (literally) feeling breathless because my pants are WAY too tight.

After 2 months of unsuccessful diet and exercise, I knew I had hit a plateau. I found Plexus through a friend on Facebook. She had had major success & so after a few weeks of watching her success, I took the plunge & sent her a message. Best decision that I ever made. I knew within 3 days of trying this product that I was on to something big! I lost 3 pounds in the first 7 days. I was down 2 inches off my hips and quarter inch off my waist and 20 days in. Yes, 20 DAYS!!!
