Born and raised around the Des Moines metro area. Grew up playing competitive sports. Attended Iowa State University and graduated with a double major in business management and Spanish. Moved out to Omaha, Nebraska upon graduation and quickly got into the world of recruiting. Moved back to the Des Moines metro area in the spring of 2014 and have continued to expand my skill set in talent acquisition and sourcing. I currently posses two recruiting designations: CIR (Certified Internet Recruiter) & CSSR (Certified Social Sourcing Recruiter).
