Coach

I coach for North Area Rush soccer club in Colorado. I am a head coach for the U18G Platinum team and assistant coach for the G12 Nike and G16 Nike teams. I have a USSF 'C' license, NSCAA National Diploma and USSF National Youth Diploma.

I have a Master of Science in Exercise Science and hold a Performance Enhancement Specialist Certification from NASM.

Play

I play soccer with the FC Denver women's team in Denver. I played soccer at Northeastern University in Boston ('04 - '08), with the Bradenton Athletics of the W-League ('05 - '07) and with IMG Soccer Academy ('02 - '04).

I run, ski, lift, do yoga, hike and bike to stay fit now that I am semi-retired from playing competitive soccer.
