Hi, I’m Lauren Elizabeth.

I’m a Reiki Healer, spiritual and wellness coach and an intuitive event planner currently residing in NYC.

I have explored among the spiritual realm since I was little, but took the leap to learn about different modalities and discover how spirituality and healing modalities can support your mind and body in everyday life, specifically regarding health.

Though the start of my journey focused on health, I have become enamored with spiritual practices and living my true self. I truly believe people are sent to earth for different reasons and mine is to help individuals navigate this crazy thing we call life and become our best selves.
