Ryan was born and raised in Baltimore and received his degree in Music Technology and Communications from Elon University. Ever since, Ryan has utilized both his analytical and creative sides in unique ways.

Ryan is a self-starter and master of efficiency. As a sales lead at Audi, Ryan realized he could lend his technical expertise to market cars in more effective ways. He pushed to become a technologist and went on to conduct employee technology trainings and lead content creation for his dealership’s YouTube channel.

After his time in sales, Ryan had an itch to collaborate more intimately with other creatives, so he began leading and managing choirs, worship, and performances often. All the while, Ryan excelled at managing people and increasing efficiency– this time on and off the stage, with vocalists, musicians, and teams of up to 100 people.

Though he continues to evolve musically, Ryan has returned somewhat to sales in his newfound love for Real Estate– the family business. As the project manager for Houme Co., which he helped found, Ryan leads a team of four professionals in the tough work of acquiring properties and restoring Baltimore City. With Houme Co., Ryan pushes for setting measurable business goals and incorporating technologies to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
