Lauren is a professional communicator, coach and a non executive director.

As a coach she has worked with leaders and teams throughout Australia and internationally to help them improve team dynamics, identify their strengths, and align around a shared purpose.

Her work is guided by qualifications in business, project management, coaching, change management and communication, and two decades’ leadership experience across the logistics, utilities, health and medical research sectors.
