Lauren Fleming is a senior at New York University majoring in Communicative Sciences and Disorders with minors in American Sign Language and Linguistics. During her time at NYU she served various positions on many executive boards such as president of the Biracial and Multiracial Student Association, captain of the NYU Cheerleading Team, VP of the National Student Speech Language and Hearing Association. Although most of her time is dedicated to academics, club life, and athletics, she is invested in sociolinguistic research.
