Hello! My name is Lauren Gaines and I live in the Sunshine State, in a city nestled warmly between two coasts. I have a French bulldog named Ollie, who is a goofy clown and a sweet best friend. I love to write and have a blog called Boundary Stone which details my walk of faith and the steps I'm taking along the way.
Over the last 10 years, I have taught yoga at yoga studios, athletic clubs, the local jail, and a special school that provides a non-residential delinquency prevention program for girls. I am currently employed at a local church and I love the opportunity to meet, have coffee with, and hear the stories of those in our community.
I’ve lived in California, Italy and Florida and love the idea of moving one day to a small southern town. I absolutely love to explore, and grew up with parents who taught me the love of travel at an early age. I’ve visited Europe, Canada, Central America and Africa and I’m not ready to stop.
