Lauren is currently studying a Bachelor of Information Technology at RMIT University, Melbourne. She is due to graduate mid this year with a major in System Administration. Throughout her course, her favourite subjects included: Unix system Administration, Web Development Technologies, Computing Theory, Algorithms and Analysis, Java Programming and Security in IT. Towards the end of her degree, Lauren found her reals interests are more focused towards Security and Distributed Systems. If given the opportunity, she would like to undergo further postgraduate study in either of these fields.

Lauren has been working at Apple for 2+ years and enjoys going to work everyday. With such a challenging and diverse role, she is always learning and willing to try new things. She has gained many invaluable skills such as outstanding customer service skills, incredible empathy and understanding, time management and working in a varied team to achieve the best possible results. She is an Apple Certified Macintosh Technician in Hardware and Software.
