I hold a Cert III in Information Technology from TAFE NSW, and I am currently studying my Cert IV, and work as an IT support specialist, providing technical support to clients across various sites.

I troubleshoot hardware and software issues, document solutions, and maintain printers. I have successfully resolved many complex cases, earning positive feedback from clients and managers.
