I have experience in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors, from single shingle shops to 1000+ employee organizations.

I specialize in facilitating workshops and processes that align stakeholders, build buy-in, grow equity mindsets, and result in win-win-win solutions.

I am currently the Senior Organizational Change Specialist for King County Metro's Rail Division and do organizing work in my community of Ridgecrest in Shoreline, WA.
