I am a results driven development and construction management executive with deep expertise in large scale high end residential projects and full service luxury developments. Over the course of my career I have leveraged strong leadership strategic vision and technical proficiency to oversee complex builds from concept through completion.

With an MBA and credentials including PMP (Project Management Professional) and MCM (Master of Construction Management) I bring both formal training and hands on experience. My particular strengths include:

• Luxury and Residential Development: Specializing in upscale architecturally ambitious projects with refined design details and elevated client expectations
• End to End Process Expertise: From initial planning and design oversight through procurement construction and hand off I ensure all stages are aligned with the client’s vision and best practices in safety and sustainability

My passion extends beyond construction into marine conservation and advocacy. I work closely with veterans by taking them scuba diving often with sharks to help them reconnect with themselves and find relief from the weight of PTSD. Sharing the water with these extraordinary animals has created moments of awe and renewal that stay with the veterans long after the dive and being part of that process has been profoundly moving. The ocean has a way of offering both freedom and peace and I am honored to help veterans experience its healing power.

I am equally dedicated to empowering women through diving. I take women into the water and train them to dive safely around sharks and other marine life so they can replace fear with connection. These moments are about more than diving they are about courage resilience and building a community of women who feel strong and capable in environments where they are often underrepresented.

Whether I am leading a complex development project, guiding a veteran beneath the waves, or helping women discover their strength in the ocean my goal is always the same to create experiences that inspire healing empowerment and lasting impact.
