She believe that well-designed user experiences must reflect a sound understanding of and engagement with the user's story, and is skilled at driving actionable insights from thorough research to tackle design challenges both big and small.

Prior to deciding to pursue her masters degree in Human-Computer Interaction full-time, Lauren was a Digital News Editor at the Chicago Tribune, where she gained valuable experience producing compelling, relevant, and engaging content for key audiences.
