Since January 2012, Lauren has served as Digital Director for Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren. She manages the Senator's websites, email lists, social media accounts, web videos, and all online communications, fundraising and outreach.

Lauren previously served as a Senior Director at Bully Pulpit Interactive, the Democratic Party's largest digital marketing agency. She also spent more than six years at Blue State Digital, the political technology and consulting firm best known for its work with President Obama's 2008 and 2012 campaigns.
