Lauren Mozer

Toronto-based Chef Lauren Mozer, created Elle Cuisine in 2010. Her private chef enterprise was a natural evolution of a life-long love affair with food. What started as an unusual hobby for a young teenager, and grew into an entertaining obsession as a McGill university student; Lauren’s passion for food eventually led her to George Brown College for a degree in Culinary Management.
