In other words, I make sure that the thing is being built for the target audience. Once we validate your assumptions, we can get to the fun part--rapid prototyping! It's amazing what can be built and tested WITHOUT a single web development resource and I personally enjoy that part of the process.
I have 10 years of early-stage startup experience in home & fashion e-commerce, marketplaces, subscription models and SaaS platforms, so I've led a lot of teams, launched a lot of things and connected a lot of people during my 5 turns around the startup block.
In my spare time, I serve on the board of a performing arts non-profit and find my center while traveling, decorating, dancing and DJing.
