Lauren Riecker is studying toward a BS in nutritional sciences, dietetics option at Rutgers University. Ranked in the top 10 percent of the 2018 graduating class, Lauren Riecker is fluent in Spanish and adept at public speaking. She also is proficient in FinchTV DNA Sequencing Analysis software and part of the by invitation-only G.H. Cook Scholars Program.

A consistent dean’s list student, she is a member of the National Honors Society of Leadership and Success. She also co-chairs the tutoring committee of the Kappa Omicron Nu nutritional sciences honors society and tutors junior nutrition sciences students.

Lauren Riecker is CPR certified and trained in FEMA National Incidents Management Systems and other FEMA programs. She is a member of the North Stelton Volunteer Fire Company and performs weekly overnight shifts as part of the on-call volunteer EMS crew.

Beyond her academic and EMS volunteering efforts, Ms. Riecker worked in a local school for young children in Rabat, Morocco, as part of the Cross Cultural Solutions International Volunteer Program.
