This is what sparked her interest in the field of education. Spending so much time in organized sport growing up, lead to Lauren pursuing a undergraduate degree in Health and Physical Education.

Lauren’s passion for educating youth started when she began instructing karate, and helping children reach small milestones. Furthermore, it was the coaching of students with disabilities that motivated Lauren to further her education in the profession of teaching. She believes that all children deserve to have an equal and enriching education, provided by a teacher no matter their differences.
