I am a transcript proofreader looking to add few clients to my workload. I proofread for court reporters who don't have time to proofread their transcripts.

I always have an eye out for grammatical errors. In fact, one of my pet peeves is when people publish signs or articles that contain misspellings and misuse of punctuation. I always think to myself, "What are they thinking? Don't they proofread their work before publishing it?" So that is why I decide to become a transcript proofreader. I want to make court reporters look good and gain the reputation for producing superior transcripts.
